Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Real Estate Construction Management

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our commercial real estate portfolio. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction—from pre-construction planning to project completion—ensuring that objectives related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate construction, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with internal departments, architects, engineers, contractors, and third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, and track progress against established benchmarks.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory approvals as required.
• Negotiate and administer contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
• Maintain regular project reporting and present updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues before they impact project timelines or costs.
• Drive consistent communication between with client, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
• PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
